Divorce Can Be Easy When Uncontested

Life is full of surprises.  Some good.  Some not.

So how can you avoid surprises when getting divorced?

Get an uncontested divorce!

So what do you need for an uncontested divorce in Georgia?

It's simple:

1.  An agreement as to everything--including alimony, property division, custody, parenting time and child support.

2.  A spouse willing to sign an Acknowledgment of Service   

3.  A spouse will to sign Settlement Agreement and

4.  At least one spouse who has lived in Georgia for at least six months.

That's it in a nutshell. 

It's as straightforward a way to divorce as possible.

And when you agree on an uncontested divorce, you control every aspect of your divorce and avoid any unpleasant surprises. 

So think about it. Do you want a complicated and expensive divorce or an affordable and easy divorce with no surprises?

You and your spouse decide.
