Cheryl was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL. She graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Resources with a minor in Accounting.
Having worked for The Cherry Law Firm, P.C. over 20 years, Cheryl has worn many hats. She handles all office, personnel and accounting operations.
Cheryl is married with one daughter, who is pursuing her EdS degree while working at Atlanta Public Schools. She is a dog lover and some would say she's a bit obsessed with her dachshund, Gunner. Cheryl and her husband live within walking distance of Marietta Square and take full advantage of all that Marietta has to offer. Her love of travel has taken her to some great places. Cheryl's other hobbies include cheering for college and professional football, watching the Atlanta Braves and boating.
